Mullen’s Markings, Inc. (MMI), located in Culpeper, Virginia is centrally situated to service the entire state as well as some areas of the mid-Atlantic Region. Established and incorporated in 2003, MMI has grown and diversified its core pallet to provide pavement markings, pavement markers, asphalt rumble strips, and signage, in a dynamic service arena.

Through both the public and private sectors, MMI provides our services to transportation, commercial and residential land development, airports, and institutional projects with an approach that “Your project is our project”.  Whether your project is new or maintenance construction, design-build platformed, or renovation, our qualified team has successfully served a wide-array of project disciplines from initial estimate to completion.

Commanding the need to envelope a turn-key core, MMI has developed our day-to-day operations to include long-line pavement marking, pavement marker, asphalt rumble strip, and eradication equipment for roadways and runways, and short-line application by way of hand-liner and mobile equipment for parking lots and parking garages.
